Slider Tool

The Design tab of the Slider tool allows you to set an Initial value. This is great, but what if the Initial value is to be determined based on user input on a previous screen?
In my case, I want the Slider's initial value to be equal to a value of a variable (indTotal) set in the previous slide. I don't see where this can be done using any of the Actions in the Trigger Wizard, but could it be done using JavaScript? If so, what would that look like?

change the value of the slider variable on the previous slide, or make the slider variable indTotal on the design tab
To assign the value just set a trigger to adjust the slider variable to the value of indValue
That's embarrassing ... I didn't see that the slider had its own variable. Thanks!
Glad that Phil was able to assist you here Ward :)
Yes, as soon as you insert a slider, a new variable is created with it. You can use these variables to manipulate sliders in all kinds of ways, here are some examples.
