I recently completed a presentation with a video inserted into a layer. When published, it plays perfectly on my computer but is extremely sluggish (back & forth movement of characters and skipping) when played on every other computer I've tried it on. I've seen this on one other presentation I created but I've had others that played flawlessly. Any ideas?
Are you playing the published content locally or have you loaded it into the intended publish environment? Testing it locally could cause you to encounter security restrictions or other odd behavior with your content. If you have loaded it into the publish environment, you'll want to check that the other computers are up to date with the system requirements for viewing here.
