Inserting a video that was created in Panopto has created a problem:
The secondary video includes another video being played on a computer. When pausing the playback from the timeline, the display of that video turns to a black screen. Of course that makes it difficult to locate a text box or a graphic to annotate the video.
This doesn't happen when the project is previewed or published, or when that same video is paused when it is played on another player.
Hi, Daniel -- Thanks for reaching out here and sorry to hear of your troubles! May I ask if you can share an example or a file that exhibits the behavior you are describing? Or perhaps others have experiences working with videos created in Panopto that they might be able to share here, as well.

Just found out that QA is aware of this problem and is looking at it.
