Vimeo videos not working in Storyline - privacy error

I am trying to use the Insert Video from Website feature in Storyline 360 and embed video links from Vimeo. I am getting a privacy error on all of the videos saying "Sorry. Because of privacy settings, this video cannot be played here" when I try to preview in Storyline or when I publish to Review and try viewing there.
I gave my client the following links for him to add to his list of allowable domains in Vimeo to see if it would allow them to play, but the problem still exists:
articulate.com
*.articulate.com
articulate-us.s3.amazonaws.com
Is there another domain(s) I should be having my client add to his Vimeo settings so that the videos will at least play in Review?

Hi Adam, this isn't about allowable domains, it is a privacy setting on the Vimeo videos. It just means they can't be publicly viewed. A setting needs to be changed in the users account for them to be viewed publicly.
Hey Sam, my client has been able to add specific domains with other non-articulate projects to solve this issue I am having. I can go to these video links and view them outside of Articulate with no problem, but Storyline and Review are not playing them in preview mode or published in Review.
Here is an example link and embed code in case you or anyone else would like to test with it:
https://vimeo.com/393055766
<iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/393055766?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0" width="640" height="360" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; fullscreen" allowfullscreen></iframe>
<p><a href="https://vimeo.com/393055766">SAE Module Promo that plays when user signs in</a> from <a href="https://vimeo.com/user85350115">Michael Handelman</a> on <a href="https://vimeo.com">Vimeo</a>.</p>
Hi Adam, I just checked the request via Review 360, and the referrer is https://articulateusercontent.com/review/items...etc, and therefore I think you will need to add articulateusercontent.com
Thanks for that info Sam. My next question relates to publishing to LMS
settings. I published with SCORM 1.2 settings and I got the same Vimeo
privacy errors when trying to play the .story file in the published output
folder locally on my machine and the videos also wouldn't play when testing
in SCORM cloud. I'll test that domain you shared tomorrow, but do you have
any thoughts or ideas as to making sure these videos will play in any LMS?
Hi Adam, your client would have to switch off domain level privacy on the videos, otherwise you would have to whitelist every domain.
Hi. Picking up on this, we're new to Rise and have just migrated/re-authored a load of courses.
We white-list our Vimeo streams to work on multiple client URLs.
To publish in Articulate Review, we need to know what URL to white-list for Vimeo.
The URL of Review as it appears in a browser is:
https://360.articulate.com/review/content/xxxxxxxxetc
That would suggest white-listing 360.articulate.com
But that doesn't work.
Which URL should we use, please?
articulateusercontent.com does not work.
Thanks, Ben.
Hi Ben,
Thank you for reaching out!
You may need to look at enabling a few other endpoints as well. We have a guide that provides those network endpoints here:
If you continue to hit a snag here, please let us know!
Hi Vincent - many thanks.
That sorted it - the URL needed for Vimeo embeds on 360 Review is:
articulate-us.s3.amazonaws.com
