I would like to import a png or jpg vom Snagit (version 2020) to my media library, but Snagit ist not available. It automaticly opens the picture in paint. Is ther any way to connect Snagit with articulate 360?

Or are you trying to use the edit function shown here which lists all of the available options that you can use to open the picture?
If you're trying to associate certain filetypes with Snaggit, or switch out Microsoft Paint with another program, you can try changing the default program that your computer uses to open certain file types. To do this, press the Windows key on your computer and search for 'Default apps'. If you click on 'Choose defaults by file type', you be taken to this window where you can specify what application will be used to open certain files:
