If you would like to distribute your course by email, you will have to zip your published output and email it to your learners. Instruct them to extract the zip file on their local computers then double-click the Launch_Story.exe file to launch the course.
I am not sure how to share the course link or page on LinkedIn. Here is an article that may be helpful for sharing course content.
