Some Learners cannot progress through a drag and drop interaction....WHY?

I have built and published a course in SL360 which contains numerous drag and drop interactions. Once loaded into our LMS, some learners cannot progress through drag and drop interactions. This problem is intermittent. My stakeholders are not pleased and we are meeting this morning. Can eLearning Hero's please provide me with some insights into this issue and how to resolve. Hi, Sandy! Happy to help you solve this mystery.

It sounds like you haven't been able to recreate this problem on your own, is that right?

Do you have any details on exactly what happens when the learner gets stuck? 

  • Are they unable to click on the Submit button?
  • Are they unable to interact with the drag and drop objects?
  • What web browser were they using when this happened?
