Sometimes objects like pictures, background are not appearing after publishing and viewing in HTML5 on Google Chrome. Buttons which are used to change from one slide to other are not functioning after publishing the file.
Do you see this in preview as well, or only when you publish?

Are you able to test in another LMS environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to see if you can replicate the behavior?
You mention that it's not working in Google Chrome, but is it working correctly in other browsers?
Are you able to replicate this in a new file or is the issue limited to your current project? If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.

It is showing same issue with other browser. I will check with Scorm cloud LMS.
