I created a "Pick Many Freeform" quiz question with multiple hotspots. Each hotspot has an adjustable state (of a green checkmark) so the learner can see which object was selected. The only problem is that when the learner retries the quiz again, the checkmarks don't disappear - basically I need to reset the slide to start again in it's original state. Hope this makes sense and that someone can advise me. Many thanks! Tracey
Are you allowing them to retry from the results slide or by visiting the question slide again? If you're using hte results slide you'll want to make sure it's set up with the button "retry" and the trigger to "reset results". If you're allowing them to visit the question slide again, you'll want to look at changing it to allow them to submit all questions at once.
