I had to alter the size of a button on a layer (the "try again" layer for a question slide). I have changed all states of that button to match the "normal" state, however, when I hover over the button it reverts to some odd state that doesn't seem to exist anywhere that I can find.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, and how did you resolve?
I second what Michael recommended. If that doesn't help, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

I would check the Feedback Master and the Try Again layout.
