Status confusion

I've created a course with some background info and 4 question slides coming from a single question bank with a single results slide. I had trouble getting it to report 'Completed' and a score % to my LMS but got that fixed by publishing with status complete/failed.

Now, when published in SCORM 2004, it reports failed even when the % score is above the passing rate. When published in SCORM 1.2, it reports unknown as the Success status - both of these were determined from tests in SCORMCloud. I want to ensure it reads both Completed and Passed if the user scores within the passing range and failed if they do not.

Did I accidentally change a publishing setting that I forgot to reset?

I'm afraid it's difficult to tell if there's a setting causing this issue without seeing the file.

You experienced the same issues in SCORM Cloud, as well as the LMS, correct? If so, would you be able to share the .STORY file with us, so we can see what's happening, please?
