Hi, Pratik -- Thanks so much for sharing your file, and as soon as I have the opportunity, I will go ahead and publish/test to see if I am experiencing the same behavior you have described. May I ask, have you tested your output published for Web on the tempshare.articulate.com site, by chance, and are you encountering the same issues there?
Hi, Pratik -- Many thanks for your patience while I did some testing! Please see this link and let me know if this is the same type of behavior you are experiencing.
Hi, Pratik -- Thanks so much for confirming that you are experiencing the same behavior on your end as what is being exhibited in the link I have shared. Unfortunately, I can't say for sure where the root of the issue is, so I think it would be best if our Support Engineers take a closer look for you. I will go ahead and submit a Support ticket on your behalf, and you will be hearing from a member of that team via email after they have reviewed your file. I plan to share updates on their progress here for others who may be following along. :)
UPDATE: For anyone who may be following along with this thread, I wanted to share the most recent correspondence from our Support Engineer, Wilbert, on Pratik's case. Please note, the output for his file is shared below, as Pratik originally provided his file publicly here in the thread. :)
Could you please confirm if you use Chrome in viewing the HTML5 output? If you did, what version of Chrome did you use? Also verify if the issue is replicated using Chrome version 47.0.2526.111 using this HTML5 link: http://articulate.fyi/1ZK76tP
With the test that I did the video plays after clicking Practice 1 and Practice 2. Looking forward to your response.
Thanks so much for your update, Pratik, and as I saw that you are still working with Wilbert, please be sure to reply with this information in your case as well, so that he can continue to assist you.
