No "PROMPT TO RESUME" Nor "Auto-Resume," on LMS Publish & Review360 - (Not locally, nor when posted to LMS)

Hi Articulate,
We are not getting a Prompt to Resume when publishing for LMS, nor Review360.

Not even when we test locally, before uploading to LMS. Nor when uploaded. So we know for sure it's not the LMS.

If we publish in old Storyline 3 it works no problem. Also, publishing for Web in SL360 prompts to Resume, no problem.

But LMS and Review360 do not.

And we cannot roll back to an older version of Storyline (not even an older 360 version), for several other reasons.

So please do not propose or consider that solution.

Please instead fix this asap and let us know when we can update, or please let us know of a good workaround.

This is needed for Fed. Gov't courses, a huge Storyline 360 customer.
