When you proceed with the insert, you get a download failed message. I clicked "learn more" and went to a Status webpage (also attached). But that did not seem to provide a solution.
I tested out all those terms and found a bunch of illustrations! The <!> icon you seeing while searching though is indicative of an issue connecting to the Articulate 360 service though - so I'd start by enabling the network endpoints and ports listed here.

Your not alone, mine is doing the same thing today. Although not all the time, just sometimes.
It also does it on "note" and "book"
But not on notebook! :)
