Story View Slides Stacking up

Feb 15, 2018

Has anyone been able to determine why some of the slides in the Story View will stack on top of eachother?

Oh no! Sorry you're also having this problem, Natasha.

As my teammate, Leslie, I also haven't seen that behavior. We'll need your help!

If you're using Articulate 360, could you create a Peek screen recording of what's happening and share it here? Feel free to either attach the .mp4 in your reply to this conversation, share the Review link, or simply share the .story file with us – no matter which Storyline version you're using.

We'll try to replicate this behavior and nail down the culprit. Looking forward to lending a hand!

I'm so sorry you've encountered this, Lize!

The nature of this odd behavior has been a tough one for us to identify. Have you had a chance to see if these repair steps help?

If that doesn't fix the view, would you be willing to work with our Engineers? They can pull a few system logs to help us get to the root of what may be going on behind the scenes!

Hi, I've run into the same issue. Is there a fix for this yet? For no apparent reason, I have slides that stack on top of each other. I can unstack them if I hit ctrl + click and drag the slide away and it will stay put for a while, but after a few clicks, it is stacked on top of the other slide again. The slide in question is a duplicated slide if that makes any difference, but they are not triggered to connect to each other.

Also, I have checked for updates, rebooted, and am using the most recent version of SL360.

Thanks!
