As Christoph shared, the supported browsers for HTML5 content are detailed below:
HTML5
Windows: Google Chrome (latest version)
Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version)
Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 4.1 and later
Is there a particular reason you need to use the HTML5 output in IE9? The site Christoph shared is another one I like to refer to in regards to how HTML5 content will behave in different browsers and a good way to compare them.
We have removed the flash player and we have to use IE9 and above browsers to check the course so i have deleted the swf from the course and changed the coding in imsmanifest file to load the html5 contnet.
there is one more issue in the assessment result screen.
In the Assessment, though I attempt all the questions correctly it shows 80% instead of 100%. Once after going through the Review Quiz, then it changes to 100%.
Please let me know is there any possible way to run the course properly in IE versions.
I can't offer support in regards to changing the published output files, and if you've done so and are having issues with the course completion or assessment tracking, we'd need to know if these behaviors also exist in the published output that you didn't modify and if you see the same thing while testing at SCORM Cloud as that's an industry standard for testing LMS content.
