story_html5 view is different for different people
Jan 26, 2014
Hi--I built my course, reviewed it, and sent it on to my QA person for review.
She noted that there was audio missing on slides, the forward button was enabled in places it should have been disabled. Sometimes on a slide with layers the text on one layer would overlay the other layers, even though it was designed (and reviewed to be hidden). Also, slide 1's audio continues to play when you go to slide 2 if you advance before the audio is done. I have a trigger set up to stop it but it doesn't...and this is the only slide it does that on.
When I reviewed this same file after getting her review back, I couldn't replicate her same issues.
We are both using PCs, still trying to find out the browser though. I tested on Firefox, Chrome, and IE.
It seems to work fine in the preview and even after you view it after you publish it. It does this weirdness when you zip it and then extract it and view the story_html5. The story file seems okay--I am concerned that there are issues with the html5 potentially? Trying to convert this course from flash to storyline so that it can be used on ipads.
If you have ideas, I'd love to have them. Thanks!!
