I am unable to reproduce the issue in Storyline 1. Would you be able to share the file, or just the slide in question here for us to look at the set up?

I have used Story-line default player with seek bar.
I have used popup interactivity, when click on button 1, popup 1 will open, for that I have used show layer trigger.
This interactivity working fine, but when I popup opened and I move seek bar forward or backward that popup remain open its doesn't get closed.
