Hello My IT department are trying to install Storyline 2 for me but we keep seeing an error screen (attached) is it possible to run StoryLine 1 and 2 from the same PC. We will move to 2 after our trial.
Hi Ken! It is possible to run both on the same machine, however that troubleshooting reporting goes directly to our development/QA Team for reporting/tracking and is not attached to a user. If you need our support team to directly assist you, please reach out here.
