Storyline 1 Game Question

I want to create an interactive US map for a group game. I am envisioning the first slide to say to the presenter of the game "Pick which US state you want to be the correct answer for your next question".  The presenter would choose and then the next slide would be set for that US state to show as correct once clicked.  Then the presenter would start over and choose another US state for the next question.

Example:  I want Ohio to be the correct answer for a question I am going to ask the group so I tell the game to make that state the correct one.  I ask the group the question and a person from the group comes up and picks which state they think the answer is and storyline will display it as correct if it's Ohio. 

I think this is possible using variables but want ask the best rout to take in creating this or if an interaction template would work.
