Hi Sharon,

Try this:

1) set the slide properties to "Reset to the initial state" (so that the dropped items will return to the starting point)

2) create a numeric variable called "attempts" or something like that and set the initial value to 0 (you will need to manually track the number of attempts, since the slide will reset to the initial state)

3) add a trigger on the Try Again layer to add 1 to the value of the attempts variable when the time line starts (to manually count the incorrect responses)

4) add another trigger to the Try Again layer to show layer "Incorrect" when timeline starts if attempt >=2 (to show the incorrect layer after the first attempt)

5) change the trigger for the Try Again button to jump back to the current slide (which will reset the slide and return everything to the original space)
