Years of work is now trash. I had figured out how to get subscripts to work when presenting all types of formulas. Now subscripts are being displayed centered in the line and no longer as subscripts. One more time I am so frustrated with this product. I have javascript code behind the scene generating random numbers with answers to physics and chemistry problems. You must have the ability to use subscripts and superscripts (still working).
Wade, I an dowing exactly this, but now when published it causes the letters to go from the smaller font back up to the larger size font surrounding the subscript. On the development window it looks fine, but when published no longer does. Even with a new file it does the same thing.

Hi Victor! Do you have an example that you could share with us? I'm not sure that I'm following what the issue is.
