I've got an old Storyline 1 project that stopped working on Win 10. Is there an update/download that will resolve that problem for my users? Where would I get a hold of it. Thanks. ted.hildebrandt@gordon.edu
Published output from Storyline 1 should play in Chrome and Firefox, but if it's been published in Windows 10 which is not supported that could be contributing to other issues.
Also with Firefox you'd want to make sure that you were viewing the Flash output (story.html vs. story_html5.html). The viewing requirements (and system requirements) for Storyline 1 are here.

It works in IE but in Chrome and Firefox the backgrounds come up with nothing on the
screen, no interactive buttons, text or anything. Puzzling.
