When I convert files from Storyline 2 > 3 I receive an Unhandled Exception error when opening SL 3 File. I then cannot open my SL 3 files at all. The Articulate support is giving me options that my company does not allow and so I am getting nowhere. Going on day 4 of not getting work done. Articulate says that the files work fine for them. Any ideas????
