Storyline 2 - 360 Markers Issue

I had some SL2 files with markers in them. When I upgraded them to Storyline 360 and viewed them in Review, stranger things happened. The marker headline and text was not visible, it was black on black.
I checked the source, and it was set to Black on White. Review showed Black on Black.
Finally, I set the background for the text black in SL 360 and the magic happened. In the source, it was white (even if I set it to black). And the published version worked as white as well.
As a test, setting the background color for the marker text to white actually causes the background to be black...
If you're having similar issues, check the background color for the marker.

Hello Zsolt - Thanks for sharing your findings and solution.
I just tried to create an example based on your description, and I must not be understanding fully. Could you share a sample .story file from SL2 for me to take a look at and upgrade as well?
I am having a Polar Bear in a Snow Storm affect - White text white background. What option did you use to change the background for the marker (hopefully automatically and not market by marker)? My upgrade is doing the same and it is driving me crazy!
Hey Lynn,
Looks like you posed a similar question here as well and Ashley reached out to assist.
It was the polar bears that gave it away - surely there weren't two :)
As she mentioned, feel free to share your .story file so that we can take a look.
