Storyline 2 and Mindflash LMS

Good morning.  We have several Storyline courses that require the learner to doubleclick on an area of the screen to progress.  We use Mindflash as our LMS.  We followed the required Mindflash settings to publish our course.zip.  However, we have had reports that for some learners, their doubleclicks are not working.  

Here is the thing.  I have had multiple people test the modules. Works just fine for them. Then when we release the course, some say...not working, won't take my double click.  Sometimes they try again later and its fine. Sometimes changing browsers fixes the problem.  But the problem still remains.  

I have checked the Mindflash knowledge base with no luck. So, I decided to post here to see if any one else is experiencing this or has an idea?
