Storyline 2 Browser Compatibility Issue

I have a course that has been created in Storyline 2

It displays in my LMS correctly in Internet Explorer and Firefox, but not in Chrome.

Some courses created and published in exactly the same way do not have this issue, and some don't.

When you first open the course it goes to the resume screen then if you click ok the menu is missing.

Is there a way to fix this browser compatibility issue?

Hi there, Emily. It looks like you're viewing your course in an LMS. What version of Chrome are you using? If you go to supportally.com, it will give us some helpful detail.

Can you share a link to your output in the LMS? Or if you can share you .story file, I can test it in SCORM Cloud and see if I can reproduce this behavior.
