I have uploaded scorm zip files to our LMS, when we try to launch them from the LMS on an ipad, in a safari browser we get a new pop up opening which asks you to click the launch button. When you click the launch button, we get a page opening , which requires the articulate app to open and launch. However this doesn't work if you're running the course through LMS.
I had selected HTML5 option when publishing, why isn't the scorm launching ?

Make sure that in the Publish dialog, the option 'Use Articulate Mobile Player for iOS and Android' is NOT selected.
