Suddenly, Storyline 2 will not launch on my computer. When i attempt to open it, nothing happens. I tried to uninstall it so i could then re install it, and the uninstall fails. HELP!!
Instead of doing the uninstall I'd suggest going through the repair steps documented here, as this will help remove any lingering files that could be causing problems and help with any issues that occurred during installation.
Please let us know how it goes after conducting the repair.

Any new software installed (including OS updates) before the crash?
