I have published a Storyline 2 file (Passed/Incomplete and tracking the number of slides viewed) but it is not showing as complete in either SCORM Cloud or our LMS (Cornerstone). I have looked through many previous discussions and tried every suggestion but I'm still having no luck.
Try using a different Report status. For example, the image below shows the options for SCORM2004. My main client uses Cornerstone, and the Completed/Incomplete status works with that.
Also, double check that the proper number of slides are being viewed.
If you set to complete after all slides are viewed, but there are some optional slides, the user can't complete the course.
If the user does view all slides, I suggest checking the timeline of the last slide. If it's really long, perhaps the course is not counting it as viewed if the user closes the course before the timeline ends. Try shortening it and see if that helps.
What LMS standard did you use when publishing? Also, what browser(s) are you using to view the content?
Lastly, are you comfortable with sharing your .story file? That way, I can publish the course on my end and test it in SCORM Cloud. You can attach it publicly in your reply here or share privately with me here!
