I'm unable to open the Player Tab in Storyline 2 - only a recent occurrence (1-2 weeks). All other functionality is working fine, but when I click on Player the whole program freezes. It was suggested to me that it could be an issue with RAM but IT have optimised the 8GB RAM that I have on my laptop but nothing has changed.
The program says it is still running in the background, and is using 228,128K of memory (Task Manager/Processes).
When I force close the program it says it is waiting for a response and prompts to save (see attached).
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or know what I can do to fix it?

If the crashing continues, we do have a solution to pull error logs to send to our Support Engineers for further assistance, or you can use our regular contact support page.
