Are you testing the content locally and pointing directly to the HTML5 output? If so, you'll want to look at testing by uploading to a server or LMS as testing locally could cause you to encounter security restrictions or similar. 

Hi Andrew, Just to confirm, are you publishing after updating SL2 with update 7?

How do I find out if I'm running update 7? I am running SL2, but we're on a locked-down network, so it's probably an issue with not having the latest update

I’m running update 4… All of the content that worked on mobile in SL1 no longer works if I publish in SL2 – will updating to update 7 resolve this?

It should resolve publishing to HTML5 and viewing in Chrome v44 or later.

Thanks Richard – I’ll begin the glacially slow process of getting our IT people to upgrade me. It may even be done before Storyline 3 and HTML6 come out…
