Storyline 2 - publishing to Tin Can - strange activity references in tincan.xml

We have just tried out the newly-released Storyline 2 and, when publishing to Tin Can, came across something strange in the tincan.xml file.

In Storyline 1, activity references appear like:

<activity id="6awAUvJ2I5G" type="module">

In Storyline 2, they appear like:

<activity id="http://testproject_00_04/6awAUvJ2I5G" type="http://adlnet.gov/expapi/activities/module">

We can't find any switch or setting to make the publishing process use relative rather than absolute references.  Although the activity id reference does relate to the module id, we can't work out where the type reference comes from.

What have we missed?
