Articulate Storyline 2 has stopped working after an automatic Windows 10 update. It opens but I cannot open any files or click any active link in the start up screen. Files do not open either from File Explorer. All it does is open Storyline and everything else is just frozen. This is the second time it has happened after an update. Trouble shooting and reinstalling did not work the first time and the problem went away after restoring to point before update. This time it did not work. Any suggestions before I open a support ticket?
