There is not a way to publish Storyline to Powerpoint and the additional functionality of Storyline does not allow a direct import back to Powerpoint either.

I am creating a story board on PPT, hence looking out for this.
Ah, just looking to utilize other tools available to you? I know some users mention storyboarding directly in Storyline :) Check out this thread.
