I have a client who's trying to play our course on a Surface Pro 3 and HP Elite X2 and one of the slides we created that plays a video is freezing about 6 minutes into the video. The other slides seem to be functioning properly, and it's working on all other tablets and systems. They're just having problems on these two systems. They need a fix ASAP, please help!
