Storyline 3 on ios 13

We don't have an open bug for either of these issues so I wonder if there is a setting that we need to change. 

How are you publishing the course? Are you publishing it to an LMS and then viewing it using Safari? 

I'd be happy to test the file on my end. You can share the file with us by using the "Add Attachment" button in this discussion. 

Here it is. If you publish as a link and access it on Safari (only on IOS 13, i Testes on a iphone 11 plus) and turn it to landscape and go fullscreen the button with "Iniciar" disappear.

And the other problem: It is requiering a double tap @ the buttons to navigate.

Thank you for sharing your file! I tested your course using an iPhone 7 running iOS 13.1.3. When I viewed the course in Safari and switched to Landscape orientation, the "Iniciar" button did not seem to disappear. Would you be able to record a screencast of the behavior you are seeing? 

Additionally, I was noticing that I was having to double-tap the buttons to navigate the course as well. I edited the states for those buttons and found that I was able to jump to the next slide after tapping the button once. Here is what I adjusted the states to:

As for the dissapearing buttons I discovered when it happens... If I have more than one tab opened on Safari. To get the fullscreen I have to swipe up the screen. When I do that the button dissapear.... When its fullscreen if I swipe up again... the button reappears (As shown on the video attached)... I think that for this one... it will require a software update... don´t you?

Do you know if there is anyway to block the fullscreen feature on safari?

I do see that when switching to Landscape orientation in Safari, it requires you to scroll the page to see the button. May I ask what the Safari settings are for Websites, specifically the Request Desktop Website settings: 

If the settings are set to Request Desktop Website On, could I have you change that and see if the course still behaves the same way?

Hi Rafael!

Another area that I would suggest peeking at is the Mobile icons in both Slide View and Story View. There you can make changes to require users to only view in Landscape or Portrait mode.

Hi Lauren I changed to only view in landscape mode and didnt work (the problem is still there)

I think that this will require a storyline update... don´t you? 

the one thing i noticed that if I turn off works is 

"Show Tab Bar" in the safari configuration. But I cant force every user that wants to see the content to do that.
