Storyline 3 popup master Issue Mar 07, 2019 By Malkeet Singh I have added a keyboard shortcut in my Storyline file “Ctrl+1” to pause the timeline “Ctrl+2” to resume that. But when it comes to the popup screen it did not work. I have added the same functionality in the feedback master but it didn't work The same thing I tried with Storyline 2 it worked fine. Please help… Sample.story

Problem seems to be fixed till the time you change the popup settings, when you change allow seeking from "Automatically decide" to "yes" it actually stops working. see the screen shot below. If I adjust this setting in Storyline 2, it performs the same as what you're displaying for Storyline 3. Is the Automatically Decide setting not working for what you would like your learners to experience?
