Storyline 3 popup master Issue

I have added a keyboard shortcut in my Storyline file “Ctrl+1” to pause the timeline “Ctrl+2” to resume that.

But when it comes to the popup screen it did not work.

I have added the same functionality in the feedback master but it didn't work

The same thing I tried with Storyline 2 it worked fine.

Please help…

Hi Malkeet,

Thanks for the description.

Based on this, I built a sample in SL2 and upgraded to SL3 and it's working the same.

Take a look at this example.

Hi Leslie,

Thanks for your swift response.

Problem seems to be fixed till the time you change the popup settings, when you change allow seeking from "Automatically decide" to "yes" it actually stops working.

see the screen shot below.

Please find your Story file with changed Functionality.

Hi Malkeet,

Thank you for the additional information. If I adjust this setting in Storyline 2, it performs the same as what you're displaying for Storyline 3.

Is the Automatically Decide setting not working for what you would like your learners to experience?
