Storyline 3 - SCORM - Moodle issue

I have a Storyline 3 module which is essentially just a long quiz with a Results slide. I'm publishing it in SCORM 1.2 for Moodle 3.1.1. When the student logs in to the course, it opens in a new window and they can take the quiz and the final results score will report to Moodle. That's as it should be. However, there's an issue that I'm trying to sort out - that is, if you answer just a single question and then close the Quiz's browser window, the score from that single answer is reported to Moodle as your score. So in other words, answer the first question correctly and then close the browser window and you've just gotten a 100%!

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Would this problem stop if I switched from SCORM 1.2 to SCORM 2004? Or is there some way to make Storyline *not* report the quiz results until the student is actually finished with the quiz?
