Storyline 3 / Storyline 360 Compatibility

So recently we discovered something that we think are bugs or glitches in the software compatibility between storyline 3 and 360.
One of our vendor works with 3 and the company is testing with 360.
According to Articulte, files should be interchangable if adhered to some cautions on various items that are discussed in the following post:
These should only concern:
- Modern Player
- Course Completion Trigger
- Modern Text Rendering
- Random Number Variable
- Text-to-Speech Narration
We think we found some more compatibility issues.
1) As we discovered certain assesment types also suffer from compatibility issues. Escpecially the drag and drop. We found that margins and snap in 3 aling perfectly and when imported into 360 do not work properly.
2) Scorm Exports. A Scorm from 360 sometimes seems to behave with sporadical glitches when opened, saved or published from a 3 file (and or also tried back again in 3 after opened or saved from a 360 file). When exported in a different scorm type (1.2, 2004 2,3,4, etc.) and then reverted back and exported to original type selection, this will be solved.
But for nr2 we are not sure yet if this is (any) lms interpretation of SCORM packages or the Scorm manifest getting "changed" from 3 to 360, as it only happens (very) sporadically.
Any one else experienced these things?

The drag and drop issue doesn't sound familiar, but we're happy to investigate it with you further! It would help to see one of your .story files with this drag and drop that we could open in Storyline 3 and Storyline 360.
I do know of an issue our team was looking at where some LMS Lesson SCORM Information and LMS Reporting values are not saved after installing an update for Storyline 360, and you open the files in Storyline 3. There was a fix for this in Update 15 of Storyline 360 (and we're now on build 3.20.16814.0). Can you check what update of each Storyline 3 and Storyline 360 you're using?

The builds we are using: 3.5.16548.0 (SL3) & 3.15.15581.0 (SL360)

You're on a much earlier version of Storyline 360 - I'd suggest updating in case that resolves one or both your issues. The issue with the LMS SCORM info was fixed in Update 15, so I'd also suggest trying that in a new SL360 file for use in SL3 to ensure you're taking advantage of that fix.
The drag and drop isn't an issue we have reported or have seen, so if you're able to replicate it even on a dummy/test file that would help!
