There are red slashes in the Layers panel and I cant see the layer name on adding one. Also, is there any way to go back to the previous version? I'm not sure how many changes I'll have to get accustomed to in the new update and I had only just begun getting a hang of Storyline 3. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks in advance
It sounds like something went wrong in the installation process, so I'd start by repairing Storyline. I'd also check that you're following along with the guidelines here as you work on project files, as not doing so has been known to cause some odd behavior.
As you continue to learn Storyline 3, all the user guides are linked here and I find them immensely helpful! I refer to them daily.
Lastly, if you do need to rollback to a prior update or are looking for any other help, our Support Team is available 24/7!
