We imported one of our course from Storyline 2 to Storyline 3 (Latest version) and Published in HTML5 as we are having Flash issues with file published in Storyline 2.
Images looks OK but text looks very blurry in Chrome HTML5 published version.
Our team has reported this for Engineering to work on, and a fix will be available in the next update of Storyline 3. I don't have a specific date to share yet, but we're planning a release for the end of 2019 that will address the issue!

One of the fixes addresses an issue where text and images could be blurry when viewing a course in Google Chrome or Safari. Please let us know if you have any questions, either here or by reaching out to our Support Engineers directly.
