Storyline 3 vs. SumTotal Systems LMS

Our team recently upgraded from SL2 to SL3 and we are experiencing multiple upload issues.
When loading a course to the SumTotal LMS the file transfers like it has in the past but when I try to test the course -- I'm getting a blank white screen in both IE and Chrome. I am publishing the course using SCORM 2004 and I've tried all 3 versions with the same issue. If I publish using SCORM 1.2 I can get it to work, but the images load much slower than the text. I'm using this as a temporary fix but I would like to find a better solution. I can successfully load the same course to SCORM cloud and it previews as it should.
I searched the community and noticed a thread that suggested clicking the box for SCORM packaging but I was already doing that at upload.
Has anyone else had similar troubles with SumTotal and Storyline 3?
If you've had these issues did you a) go back to Storyline 2 or b) upgrade to 360 and see success, or c)find a solution that worked?

I'm really sorry you're running into this issue after uploading your course to SumTotal – happy to lend a hand here!
Have you tried the steps outlined by another member here? You mentioned you saw a similar thread – but I still want to make sure you saw that solution!
If your course works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I recommend to check in with SumTotal for assistance. It might also be helpful to enable LMS Debug Mode to see the communication flowing back and forth between your Storyline course and your LMS.
Please keep us posted on what they advise.
I'm experiencing the same thing, and rolling back to SCORM1.2 for now.
