Storyline 3 will not install

I just purchased storyline 3, downloaded trial to install as instructed. Ran as administrator and install stalls on agreement screen. I have submitted a case but have not heard back. It is crazy to spend $1500.00 and cannot get the program installed nor receive any help from support.

Does anyone have a solution or should I stop payment on my purchase?

I'm sorry the installation is hanging, and you're right – that should not be happening.
