I would learners to be able to pause a screencast in View mode, but I find the seekbar showing the progress of the simulation distracting. I think the quick movement of the seekbar pulls attention away from the simulation. Having the Previous button display does allow you to go back and replay something, but it still doesn't allow for pausing to think about what is displayed. Any suggestions on how to make a pause work?
You can disable the seekbar and click on the video to pause/play it.
Another option is, you can insert a hotspot to your slide then add a trigger that when your user click the hotspot it will trigger to pause/play the video.
