Storyline 360 Adding picture but doesn't show

I am going to insert picture from file, then select the picture which is a jpeg file and the box is showing at it is showing in the timeline but I cant see the actual picture on the slide.  It is in the front so I am not sure how to get this to show.  I am using a trial version, could this affect it?

Hey Lauren,

Thanks for letting us know what's going on, and I wouldn't expect the trial version to cause this kind of issue. Let's narrow down why this is happening:

  • Where is the file saved on your computer?
  • Have you tried inserting the image into a new Storyline file? Does the same thing happen there?
  • Is this happening with all image files, or just this file in particular?
