Storyline 360 Content Library - I'm offline?

Hello, My Articulate Storyline Content Library reads that I am offline. Do I log in from the software? I'm logged in everywhere on the site - but can't figure out how to log in from the software itself.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know! 

Just to confirm, you can log into the Storyline 360 Desktop application; however, when accessing the Content Library, you see a message that says you are offline? If so, a good starting point is to be sure that the following network endpoints in this guide have been allowed for your apps to continue working:
