When inserting characters storyline has been freezing tried a new file, old file that I know is working, and restarting, all those tricks. Is there a bug?

We also haven't heard of similar reports. If you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues since it happens on a new Storyline project on your end.
