The course developed in Storyline 360 and published with the Modern Player does not seem to adjust well to mobile users. We have been getting several complaints from mobile users that when they adjust their phones to landscape the course does not play. Any ideas why this is happening or ways to prevent this from happening?
The Storyline course will scale to the device. Some things that could impact how well it plays is the aspect ratio of the slide, the more the slide size mirrors the mobile device aspect ratio, the better the course will look inside the phone. Of course, that is all variable since not all phone are the same.
Other things are the size of objects that may need to be selected, dragged, etc. And hovering over objects on mobile devices doesn't work well, so if you have objects dependent on hover states, that may be a problematic.
