Storyline 360 Issue

I am working on a 43 page PPT presentation in Storyline 360.  I have completed the Voice Over and previewed the project.  I have 1 slide that takes a longer span at the end to jump to the next slide.  I have one slide that will not go to the next slide at all.  I have tried several things but still to no avail.  I checked the space at the end of the voice and it's fine for both slides.  I went back to each slide and selected jump to next slide at the end of the voice, but that still didn't make a difference.
